Hi-Vibe Fitness

OUR MISSION

At the heart of our work is the belief that true well-being comes from harmony of the body, mind, and soul. Through healing practices and mindful movement, we create space for balance, growth, and self-connection.

We offer classes such as Yoga, Pilates, and Modest Cardio & Tone—gentle yet effective practices designed to build strength, stability, and resilience while honoring every individual’s pace. With more offerings to come, our mission is to guide people toward sustainable fitness, inner alignment, and lasting vitality.

We move with compassion, teach with integrity, and build a community rooted in support, inclusivity, and joy.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Sisi—a woman in my mid-40s on a healing journey to connect, balance, and nurture my body, mind, and soul. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my passions and bring positive impact to people’s lives, both physically and emotionally.

I was a professional dancer for over 15 years, performing on TV shows and in concerts. Alongside that, and more than 8 years teaching and choreographing commercial dance for showcases and university competitions. After moving to the UK in 2013, I shifted my passion from dancing to fitness. I work as an experienced personal trainer and teach a variety of group classes, including yoga, yoga–Pilates fusion, and low-intensity body conditioning—particularly for pre & post GP referrals clients with different medical conditions.

I’ve been active most of my life. Beyond dancing and heavy gym training, I also practiced martial arts such as boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Jiu-Jitsu for numbers of years. While high-intensity training certainly improved my fitness and strength, I began to realize that it was also taking a toll—leaving me with damaged joints, joint pain, stress, and fatigue despite the sense of achievement and satisfaction. That’s when I started incorporating more low- to moderate-intensity exercises. These helped me strengthen my joints, protect soft tissue, and build muscle in a more sustainable way. Eventually, I began teaching classes designed not only to support my own balance, but also to help others seeking the same. Today, I feel calmer, happier, and still strong—while maintaining my fitness in a healthier way.

My classes welcome people from ages 18 to 80+. It’s not about age—it’s about finding the type of exercise that suits you best in the moment. The key is to listen to the signals from your body, mind, and soul, and choose what feels right for you.

I believe in creating a non-judgmental and supportive space, and that’s exactly what my classes offer. Whether you’re a beginner or can’t quite reach your toes, it’s never about perfection—it’s about doing what you can and honoring your own journey. Come join our community, meet like-minded people, and let’s enjoy moving together. I’m here for you—let’s have fun and walk this path side by side. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

With every breath, we return to the present. With every movement, we grow stronger. With every step, we stay grounded in who we are.
